We adopt best practices and follow our code of conduct.
Our more than 50 years of consistent financial performance and success are a testament to the vision of our founders to build a lasting, multigenerational enterprise rooted in technical and client service excellence.
To preserve this legacy and uphold our reputation, we are continually improving how we conduct our business. We adopt best practices in the areas of governance, health and safety, development of our people, business relationships, client service, technical excellence, innovation and environmental management.
Our corporate Code of Conduct is a contract with our values. It defines the ethical behaviour that Golder expects from employees, and spells out how the organisation will work ethically with both clients and suppliers.
Our Code of Conduct outlines our broad commitment that "Golder does not engage in acts of corruption or bribery". The Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery Policy is in response to our need for a defined global, coordinated commitment to comply with all anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws in the countries in which we do or intend to do business. This policy addresses the challenges in conducting business ethically worldwide and provides guidance to all employees, but especially for those who may face these challenges in the course of their work
While it's only three pages in length, the Code of Conduct anchors our over 6,500 people to the enduring values we believe in.
