Flooding and Erosion Vulnerability and Risk in a Changing Climate: Shaktoolik, AK

A climate change vulnerability and risk assessment was conducted for the remote community as a decision-support tool.  The findings and conclusions of this effort are to be used by the community and other key stakeholders to refine the need and timeframe for interim coastal protection and possible village relocation to avoid a catastrophic flood or erosion event.
