Our recruitment team will review all applications and consider a variety of factors such as academic achievements, work experience and extracurricular activities.

Once applications are shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a short video interview.

Interview process

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by our recruitment team. A meeting will be arranged at one of our local Golder offices or virtually.

In preparation for your interview, have a think about:

  • The reasons you want to join Golder.
  • Which technical discipline you’re most interested in.
  • Any work experience or previous study you’ve done that is relevant to the work we do at Golder.
Offer of employment

If successful, you will be contacted following the completion of interviews to provide referee details.

You will receive a formal employment contract and upon acceptance, further details such as commencement dates and onboarding information will be discussed with you.
