Golder announced today that it has appointed Andreas Rothe as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Rothe takes over for former CFO Lee Anne Lackey, who is retiring after more than 20 years of service to Golder.
With more than 30 years of experience, Rothe is a seasoned professional having served as CFO for several large global organizations including Fragomen, Harsco Infrastructure (now BrandSafway), and Hapag-Lloyd, and as global controller for Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP). Rothe holds a BA in Business Administration/ Economics and an MBA from the University of Cologne in Germany. He is a Certified Management Accountant and has been a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Financial Executives International (FEI) since 2016 and is currently serving as its Vice Chair.
